With advances in biotechnology research and manufacturing methods, new technology has enabled many new discoveries and treatments. Similarly, new tools, methods and technology have also pushed construction to provide modern solutions to old problems. Twenty-eight years of experience in the construction industry including all phases of construction. Knowledgeable in all tasks that encompass the construction management spectrum for construction phase deliverables. Managed renovations for clients in both the life science and commercial sectors (ranging from $0.5 – $650 million) with considerable experience working with clean rooms, HVAC systems and high purity piping systems. Eric has also performed start up and commissioning of GMP facilities.
Thirty-two years of experience in the construction industry with a primary focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotechnology R&D projects. Project roles have included pre-construction manager, superintendent, project manager and start-up manager. Experienced with the coordination and supervision of daily contractor activities, delivery and installation of contractor/Owner furnished equipment, the installation, commissioning and validation of all plant/process utility systems as well as building and process automation control systems. Mike works with Owner’s C&Q personnel during the design, construction and post-construction phases to ensure all URS and Functional Specifications are met.
Superintendent with over twenty-five years of experience overseeing daily operations from both a subcontractor and superintendent perspective. Rick has extensive working knowledge of various mechanical and process systems on life science, semiconductor, and food production plant projects.
Seven years of experience in the construction industry. Five years’ experience performing rough and finish carpentry tasks working for both subcontractors and construction managers. The last two years have been working as superintendent overseeing all trades on a variety of projects for pharmaceutical clients.
Twenty-Five years of experience as superintendent on a variety of projects coordinating daily work activities of all trades. Dan has spent the last seven years with a focus on Life Science projects including R&D laboratories and manufacturing facilities.
Following a four-year stint in the US Air Force, Eric has two-years of experience in project controls & project management on a variety of pharmaceutical and life science projects.
Jacques has over fifteen years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry featuring many projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D laboratories and healthcare fields.
