Managed renovations for clients in both the life science and commercial sectors (ranging from $0.5 – $650 million) with considerable experience working with clean rooms, HVAC systems and high purity piping systems. Also performed start up and commissioning of GMP facilities.
Mike Freud

Thirty-two years experience in the construction industry including pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotechnology R&D projects. Responsibilities include: coordination and supervision of all daily contractor activities, coordination of contractor and Owner furnished equipment delivery and installation, supervision of installation, commissioning and validation of all plant and process utility systems as well as building and process automation control systems. Worked with Owner’s C&Q personnel during the design, construction and post-construction phases to ensure all URS and Functional Specifications were met.

Dan O'Brien
Twenty-Five years of experience as superintendent on a variety of projects overseeing daily work activities of all trades. The last seven years have been focused on Life Science projects with R&D laboratories and manufacturing experience.
Dave Spang
Twenty-five years experience in roles ranging from Senior Facilities Engineer and Project Manager to Safety Officer working on pharmaceutical and micro-electronic projects.

Two years of experience in project controls & project management of several pharmaceutical and life science projects.
Rick Hill
Experienced Construction Superintendent with over 25 years of experience overseeing daily operations and working on various mechanical and process systems in life science, semiconductor, and food plants.
Ryan Franzcek
Seven years of experience in the construction industry. Five years’ experience performing rough and finish carpentry tasks working for both subcontractors and construction managers. The last two years have been working as superintendent overseeing all trades on a variety of projects for pharmaceutical clients.
